Finally, the site is up and running properly and well. If you are curious as to what had happened, the CHMOD was set incorrectly on the root domain causing it to disappear and making the site unwritable. So, it took till about now for it to start back up. 

It is working as well as it did 2 months ago, and more posts will now be made!
